This is fantastic! I’ve found an 890 duke engine on eBay.. 2 grand.. is that roughly what you spent? My 790R is fine … but I love the bike and would happily keep her for a long long time.. like you I’ve changed parts and put a good chunk of miles on her, she’s a keeper. Gonna be a bit like triggers broom one day haha

I’ll be back home tomorrow from work and I can check the knock sensor but I’m pretty sure from memory my 890r engine didn’t have that fitted. My 890r engine was a 2021 model. Good job on not trying to switch the map sensor either, I tried that and and they can’t be swapped over the underneath where it connects to the throttle body is also different 👍🏻

@@Project_789T Estupendo, el motor 890, es más dosificable que el 790 . Yo tengo ambos en el mi garaje, el 790 ADV tiene 33000 km y el 890ADV 13000 km. El 790 lo intento vender...
