​@@harichandrarampalli7598Some of the subcomponents of KTM bikes are bad. For instance the water draining hole of the Duke 790 is too small and isn't made out of anti-rust material. So the water cannot fully exit through that hole but get into the fuel tank, resulting the rust of the fuel floats.

I currently own a MT07 and MT10 both are wheelie monsters and love them. I owned a Duke 390 before and still miss the hell out of it. I currently live in the Philippines where they have a KTM Plant here so, I'm buying a 790 once ive got money saved up.

Similar story. I'm currently living in the Philippines and am waiting to take delivery of a new but 2023 spec duke 890r. They have an assembly plant in laguna. It's a venture by the Ayala corporation. P.s. nice Akira picture 👍

@@eNjoiipiNoY yeh. They are assembled here. I think all the components come from Austria still. I've got a Gen2 duke 390 now, I've had it for 3 year and put 42k kilometres on it and it still makes me smile. I always think, I bike this small shouldn't be so capable. If you want the 890r you'll have to he very fast. They are clearing all of theirb790/890 stock to make way for the new range of dukes. Where are you in the Philippines btw?

I currently live in Baguio City, they have a KTM dealership here but, I'll be flying back to the USA very soon. Once I make Philippines my permanent residence, I'll sell off my stuff and for sure get me a KTM

Yeah, track mode, awm off, throttle response: street - sport and track are a bit too agressive for me. TC on setting 1 or 2.

Thanks. I think the most common place for coolant leak is the thermostat housing in the cylinder head. KTM has revised the part a few times and the latest iteration of the part is: 63535019200, the original part number is: 63535019000. Newer bikes probably have the revised part already fitted? I think that is the most common coolant leak, I've also had that leak. Other than that is has been working flawlessly, the original front brake disks warp easily, i've replaced those aswell.

The Akra silencer is pretty big so it isn't that loud actually. You don't get any performance gains with only the silencer.

Well actually i'd argue that KTM's LC8c's are one of the smoothest engines in terms of vibrations. I'm not an engine engineer, but as far as I understand every 4 stroke internal combustion engine has two kinds of vibrations, primary and secondary forces. With the LC8c, the primary forces are balanced with a separate balance shaft. Because KTM uses a 285 degree crank, there supposedly isn't any secondary forces to begin with, it's about how the pistons move in relation to one another. Camera is DJI Osmo, not GoPro, but I'm using the standard fov option on it which is equivalent to 15mm focal length (FOV of about 100°)
