KTM 890 Duke GP | 2022 - First Ride Review

KTM has done an exceptional job with this GP version of the mighty 890 Duke!
Today I have it for the day to bring you my in-depth review.
I will go into detail about its performance, handling, comfort and will share my personal opinion of it.
Thanks to KD Motorcycles in Accrington to have fitted the all important Tech Pack on this bike, along with lots of KTM original accessories. Like the Akrapovic exhaust, tail tidy, reservoir caps and cases throughout.

If you have a bad back like myself KTM Duke is the perfect bike. It sits you straight up which at first felt like I was sitting so close to the front of the bike. I love my 390 Duke which I only use as a city suburbs bike and in my opinion it's like a moto cross road bike.

I have riden a tonne of bikes lately, but i must say, no bike comes close to KTMs when it comes to offering pure Fun.whether it is 390 or 1290, they are all built with only fun in mind.

I’m currently considering between the GP and R. I have a street triple R because I thought the RS wasn’t as usable on UK roads. Do you think that would be the same for the R v GP?

the R is a better value and resale.....$1500 gets you more motor, brakes, tires, adj susp, steering damper..... totally worth it imo....... i do like GP color scheme and almost bought one.... not having adjustable suspension is never an option
