Here's some unsolicited suggestions for your friends bike that I don't think anyone really talks about: * Pull the oem damper if he didn't fill it with different weighted oil. It does nothing. I pulled it just to see what it would feel like & there was no change in the handling offroad. It's only 4 bolts if he thinks it's better with it on. But keeping it off saves about 2lbs. I am now probably overly vocal about this, but, if he's not doing much highway tell him to look into 14-47 gearing. 15-45 & 15-47 are pretty common. I picked a 14T for fun; it makes perfect sense offroad. 0-30mph 2nd, 15-45 3d, 30-80 4th. You would've done this entire thing from the start in second gear - no shifting. And it pulls hard in second gear from start.

I just got a 125 with a lectron I’m currently running castor 36:1 when I let it idle it likes to gum up and need to be cleared out but it sounds good do you know what it could be?

It is probably too rich. Try leaning out the metering rod 1/4 turn at a time until it’s where you want it.
