KTM Duke 890R 2021 Onboard Track Attack at Gelleråsen

Hi! Simon here from S.A Racing.
Tried my KTM Duke 890R out on the track this year and what a bike! Nimble and precise with a lot of power to it. Very fun and it invites you to go faster all the time. I ran the bike stock with the original factory Michelin tires aswell which held up really well. Very impressive!

How good is the traction control on track? I own a 790 (road only), and when I try to make it slip on purpose (wet road, gravel etc), it slips like there is no electronics at all, which is weird. Tested even with TC set to 9. Under "normal" sporty use, it seems to work fine, but it makes me not super confident in the electronics

I have used it and tested it a bit. I think I ran the setting on 7 and it worked really smooth, you could feel the power reduction well and it was very good in my opinion. For a street bike it was well above what I though, performance wise 👍

Nice🏁 vad körde du för tider som bäst? Har åkt nyare r1 men har nu wn krm 890r. Den är bara så grym, vet inte om jag inbillar mig men jag tycker det går att åka snabbare än r1 när det är mkt kurvor och rätt tajta🙌😀

Hej! Med rätt förare kan hojen prestera riktigt bra! Eftersom den är väldigt lätt kan man hålla hög hastighet i kurvorna. Jag tror jag körde 1:13 som snabbast med trafik på banan, men det går att köra snabbare om man verkligen pushar för att köra en snabb tid 👍
