To cut the story short,Supreme court will redeem itself,by litigating the Impeachment process,and concluding it had anomalies,hence Gachagua will be vindicated ,and payed the damages,and given leeway to contest in future elections, but for sake of legitimacy,the judiciary couldn't CONTRAVENE the constitution processes initiated by the other two arms of government,it can only find defects on their outlay channels and delivery mechanisms....it's true they have established a prima facie but the litigation process can continue with all constitutional process interden...
