I'm using menstrual cup for about 3 yrs now..(after 1 yr of research 😬 I was afraid too .. being an unmarried woman) once I started using it I felt regret for not having till that day... It's super comfortable, sometimes I even forget that I'm on my periods. No rashes, no disposing issues, cost effective. ✌️✌️✌️ I use the same brand peesafe, extra small size. Pad cleaning : wash blood , scrach the cotton layer , take tha cotton and convert it into small parts then put it in to toilet then flesh , and the remaining plastic Allow to dry by wrapping a peace of paper then after your periods, take the all plastic then burn it (with dried leaves )
