I finished Dragonfruit recently, and it is definitely one of my favorites of the whole year! As for Ghibli movies, I wanna watch Whisper of the Heart and my favorite is either Howl's Moving Castle or The Secret World of Arietty. Ghibli movies are some of the prettiest films ever made 🎻🎻🎻

I love all black and indigenous magic and folklore books. I recently read a couple that were bomb on KU as well. There’s Conjured by J. Moon and the Black Candle Women by Diane something and there’s also Remembrance by Rita woods ugh love!!

Another wonderful vlog to follow along, thank you so much! It's so funny I haven't watched Whisper Of The Heart yet, but I've seen its loosely connected sequel, The Cat Returns, and I loved that one, it was hilarious... (Thank you so much for taking my and other Islanders' comments to heart about Grave Of The Fireflies, too💖) I know you're not a fan but I think my favorite Ghibli movie is still Spirited Away; I'm also into Mamoru Hosoda and Makoto Shinkai anime films now... they have some amazing films that I hope you'll look into once you've done the Ghibli run!🎻📚📚📚

I have a similar goal this year - to be less hermitted. My calendar for the next few weeks is CUH-razy with fun-tivities. I'm concerned I will fall behind on my reading. But audiobooks will save the day I'm sure of it. 🎻

I love these Ku videos/ ghibli film videos bc you do it in a way that will still make others check it out for themselves I loved Kiki’s delivery service I even read the book once I read it was based on a book. So imma try the whisper of the heart you sold me 🙌🏿 and get it boo I love that you outside the reading slump isn’t a bad thing in this case you’ll find a balance this summer that you can keep up with your kicking ass on your goals for the year 🎉
