for info, all the workers or traders are immigrants from Myanmar, Bangladesh, Indonesia. None of them are local. BTW I am a local from KL. What’s wrong with you Muhammad…people are people. There’s no need to get worked up over one’s honest opinion. They work, interact and make frens like normal people. When they interact they form opinions. Immigrants or locals they are part of what Msia is. Without immigrants KL would be 2/3 empty..it’s not KL anymore. It’s them that allows u to spend your nite with your family.

The awesome thing about M’sia is the diversity and confluence of multi ethnic cultures. I totally agree with you that the night market street experience in KL is right at the top, even amongst other Asian cities. You’re also gob smack right at the epicenter of all the night market happenings in Bukit Bintang. It’s chaotic but that’s where the fun is! I read there’s another happening night market scene at TRX, haven’t been there yet myself 😅. Anyone can shed some light on this?

Welcome to our beautiful Country Malaysia! 1st of all, in Malaysia please avoid to drink alcohol in open space, this is to respect the muslim locals (the norm) even non-Muslim local they will never do that, they only drink in close place like bars or restaurant.(this are the biggest difference between local and foreigners, and the reason we can live together in harmony for ages). However in bukit bintang people don't mind you to drink in public because the place are surrounded with bars. And the vendor/sellers/customer most are foreigners, we local malaysian don't go there. If you saw woman with headscarf maybe they're Indonesian. Even the local Chinese and Indian (malaysian) don't eat there. This is because bukit bintang known as tourist attraction spot. 2nd we malaysian have a different English accent, and we local will speak with smile and the warmth welcome, usually we will greet with 'apa khabar' means how are you, or 'selamat datang' means welcome, and closing with 'terima kasih' means thank you... Please learn this MAGIC word if you what to experience pleasant conversation with the locals. If you stay longer and interrect more with local you will feel the differences. BTW most malaysian love to stay at home and chill with our family members...😂 3rd sorry to say(no offence), but the first food that you eat from the video is not even a malaysian food, and I believe all the food that you eat in the video are not our authentic malaysian dish. I would recommend you to go masjid Jamek night market if you what to experience the true malaysian cuisine, and most are Halal food due to most the seller and customers are malay muslim. You can search in YT, as there is so many vlog traveller hunt for local food around KL. Enjoy your stay in Malaysia..!!! ❤ Peace 🇲🇾

The stick of barbeque lamb meat that you ate is call satay. Normally, they have beef, lamb and chicken. For chicken wings, the popular shop that sells it is known as Wong Ah Wah. Southern Thailand states used to be part of Malay sultanates included Phuket, Patani, Krabi, etc until 1909 Anglo -Siamese Treaty that separate Malay states in Southern Thailand given to Thailand and Malay Peninsular to British. So majority of people in Southern Thailand are Malay and Muslims, and of course mixed with Thai Siamese and Thai Chinese. In Malaysia we also have Siamese ethnic mostly in northern part of Malaysia who prefer to stay in Malaysian part after the Treaty until today and became Malaysians. Most Malays are mixed blood of Malay, Indonesian, Filipino, Chinese, Indian, Arab, Thai, European etc hence you can see Malay with oriental features and light skin colour and some with darker and looks like Indian or Arab or Latinos.

Great vlog as always! You still rolling w the Pocket 3? Even while you were eating at the table? I’m struggling w the gimbal and focusing. Prob just easier w a Action 4 on a stick ha Anyway, I check into Grand Center Terminal 21 Dec 6 thanks to your vid, live it up for a few days and then head to hood ha 🤜 🤛

I struggled with the gimbal. It's all about the setting. Make sure you have it on the setting (can't remember which one) that keeps the gimbal stable as you're filming. Also, there was a recent software update that helps with this issue. Safe travels

@ “There he is” ha! I love it when you say that to random people. Ty, I’ll mess with it. It’s just tough in selfie mode and then to angle it to add the other person in the frame when engaging. The quality is great and I appreciate your feedback. I’m backtracking on your Thailand adventures, just know I watch all your vids and def one of my fav vloggers. Safe travels, onward and upward

Hilarious. Couldn't read/see the street signs in the previous video, and in this video, the first meal is clearly mongolian as the sign says!! But great presentation style. Love it.

Quite interesting video..👍 The Jalan Alor is mainly for non halal foods, there are food from Chinese, Thais and some indians and etc.. If you want to try Malay food it's in halal eatery areas in nearby Kampung Baru, Jalan Chow Kit, Jalan TAR and Jalan Masjid India. Indian foods are in Little India in Brickfields.. Btw, your looks and character it reminds me of the late Anthony Bourdain.. Enjoy your trip in Malaysia 🇲🇾👍☺️

Since Muslims don't drink alcohol, there's no word for CHEERS in Malay language. Only the Chinese has a word for Cheers, ie. Yam Seng. Being multi-cutural, there is not restrictions on others drinking beer or alcohol.

Great video. Do you eat street food in all or certain Asian countries. I'm sure you only drink bottled water. After finding your site, I'll be using some of your visited places as a resource for my travels. Things have changed since the 70's when I was there. Enjoy and be safe,

Thanks RJ, great question. I typically just go with my gut. If something looks good and it feels safe, and especially if there are a lot of people around the cart, I will eat it. But I shy away from any local drinks and stick mainly to bottled water
