Atemi strike to initiate contact. Can be any strike. To lure your attacker to your advantage. Although in the Spirit of Non Violence why attack. If your not attacked yet. I studied more attack first arts. Which is opposite of Aikido Philosophy.

Please change out the annoying “fashion models walking on the runway” disco music for something more appropriate, such as an exciting combo of Japanese flutes and drums. But the instructions are top level and easy to follow.
