Kubota B2301 100-Hour Service

Performing the 100 hour maintenance on my Kubota B2301 tractor. I discovered some steps and/or procedures that could easily be missed, specifically those required not by number of hours on the tractor but actual time, i.e., every 1 year, every 2 years, etc.
Note: Information contained herein apply to the Kubota B2601 as well.

I am sharing this video to show how I performed the 100-hour maintenance on my Kubota B2301 tractor, and as a first-time tractor owner, sharing some of the things I learned.

Tools and Materials Required to Perform the 100-hour Service:
Kubota B2301 / B2601 Operator's Manual
Kubota LA434 Front Loader Operator's Manual (if applicable)
Lithium spray grease or similar spray lubricant
Grease gun and multipurpose grease (NLGI-2 OR NLGI-1)
Dialectric grease (battery terminal grease)
17mm socket and 22mm socket (or lug wrench with those sizes)
torque wrench (capable of measuring up to 120 ft./lbs.
12" socket wrench extension
(socket sizes for front loader bolt torque pending)
Beer

Kubota b2301, 116 hours at 5 years in service. original air filter. I check it but its very clean as tractor is used mostly in the winter plowing snow. no signs of age deterioration. may even clean it per manual prior to changing.

Good Video! Very descriptive. On the air filter I would just use good judgment on that. But it never hurts to change them except maybe a slight pain in the wallet.

Agreed. The $22 for the filter set is worth the peace of mind.

Do u have an issue with ur 3 point not lifting high enough? Mine seems to only start lifting around 7 or 8.

From all the way down it doesn't start lifting until about 4 but it does lift all the way up.
