Kubota bx2370 splitting wood using the Split-Fire 3203 with PTO kit

In this video we put our Kubota bx2370 compact tractor to the test by running a 3203 splitter with the help of a PTO kit. The PTO kit offers better performance when powering a log splitter on a compact tractor and can produce up to 11.4 GMP @540. Split-Fire’s 3-point hitch models can all accommodate the log lifter option.

Does the 3203 in this view have the 24" stroke length or the 36" stroke length?

Hi Evan, our 3203 model will work great on your bx1860, as long as you use the PTO kit.

Has the issue with the PTO pump been resolved ? or is the pump still held on with a bungee ? For a PTO implement to be safe it needs to lock onto the PTO shaft.

Hi Glenn, ideally for the splitter to run at optimization flow should be around 11 gallon/min at 2600psi, some customers run it as low as 9 but it is a really slow cycle speed.
