I know exactly what you mean. I did >Zendokai< (went away from Kudo in 1999) for years. I´m 66 now and I turned back to the style I started with 50 years ago, ´cause it is not working in Finland. But still looking and having information.

While training in the heavy bag for speed should'nt I aim for the head instead of the body? Also What's your opinion on free weights? You seem to be strong, great video!

Ian Yamamoto I believe free weights are super beneficial to your fighting power and overall conditioning, stronger overall structure means absorbing more damage and dealing more damage - Osu
