Got mine today. These pads are fantastic! Turned an uncomfortable Ops Core into a motorcycle helmet.

They actually played a key role in my decision to go from an Airframe to a Maritime. I'm only using the 1/2 pads, though. I do like the 3/4, but they push the helmet a little too high on the brow; throwing off the alignment of the step-in visor I got.

Could you make an Ops Core vs Team Wendy Exfil vs Mtek Flux ballistic helmets review?

I haven't had a lot of chances to test out the Exfil or Flux, but I've heard some pretty good things about them. Without being able to test them myself, my best bet is that key differences are gonna be in weight and design to fill more niche roles. Ops Core remains the go to helmet of choice; and I do very much love my Maritime. If I get a chance to, I will absolutely make a comparison video.

Limited experience with Ops Core (only tried on some bumps and a friends SF ballistic), do own and use an EXFIL SL, and it is great in terms of weight. I even tried the 4D Deluxe pads in them and while not uncomfortable, I found the TW pad system to be more customizable, which made it more comfortable than the 4D with movement. YMMV
