@@geekbuying I bought it. The only problem is the handlebar moves right a left slightly, the wheel alignment is not straight. Even when I tighten it. When you take out the stem of the scooter, at the bottom of it is a plastic piece that fits into the notch thats supposed to keep the wheel alignment straight but it twists - its not strong enough. :( i don't know how to fix it.

Depends on the terrain, average speed, and your weight. Hilly terrain eats up the battery more. Fat asses will eat up the battery more. Speed demons will eat up the battery more. 48volts x 12.5AmpHours = 600 Watt hours. If one consumes 20Watts-hours per mile (1.6km) this means 30miles or 48KM rated range. Rule of Thumb: Multiply this 48KM rated range by .65 and add 1.25 to get a more realistic ~32.45 KM. On a relatively level terrain and groomed bike trails/roads...an 85kg adult...and speeds in the range of 15~18 kmph on average (mode 2)...I would say that ~30 km is perfectly achievable with a 12.5aH battery. Do the math...that's about 1.75 to 2 hours continuous riding.

WOW!! I I got just under 50km speed out of this beauty first try, its alot bigger than I expected but its fine, It came already charged which is sick, I was going to remove the seat but this thing is so fast and rapid that you actually need the seat! I swear this thing is pretty dangerous lol its so fast😂😂 I absolutely love it, ask any questions you want to know about it?... Oh FYI I weigh about 64kg so that might explain why I nearly got over 50km in speed, plus I have only this past few hours just started using it so I have more experiments to carry out👍

Perhaps you changed P15 to an other value then 100. 100 is the power percantage. If you switch to 50 you have only 50% of the maximum Power. You can go in menu by pressing both bottons simultaniously.

Hi I accidentally forget and to unplug the m4 pro during charging and it was charged for 12 hours. Would that affect its battery life if you forget to unplug it from charger for many hours? 🙄😥

Not really. 8-12 hours is usual, especially for people who charge it in the garage, overnight. Just don't leave the charger on all the time. Also, consider a timer on the wall socket to limit duration of the charge....if you forget for a day to unplug it.

If you go as fast as possible all of the time you get around 20km. But saying that I have a few very steep hills that I didn't think it would even get up but it did😁 Norfolk and Suffolk riders will have the best distance per charge. The battery is 11AH I am looking for a 18ah 48v to get greater distance. Obviously depending on where you use it sometimes you can't go flat out. Hope this helps

My kugoo Kiran m4 has only just covered 190 miles. It now says e6 (error 6) error six is a code that means "no communication" there is nothing else wrong with it it just won't move with this error code. What canni do to fix it.

It seems not ideal if you are using the scooter in that way, bc the minimum speed is 15km/h when you hit the throttle, it would be way too fast, unless your friends want to run with you. Why does the speed significantly drop when the battery is low on the M4 I hope the pro is different

Hi, thanks for asking. When the battery is low the voltage will also drop. When the motor does not reach the rated voltage, it will automatically slow down, and the motor will not work until the battery runs out. It's the same when you are hungry your pace will get significantly slower :D

The biggest differences for the two scooters is the M4 Pro comes with suspension and much faster speed, but M365 Pro is cheaper and the craftsmanship is better. Overall, we like M4 Pro more for its excellent riding experience :D
