Great work! I'm just getting into electric scooters and just love the "land surfing". This may have been mentioned before, but the Segway Ninebot's top speed is indeed 30 kph, but that is not equivalent to 27.9 mph as indicated at 0:47 min. The correct conversion is 18.6 mph. Happy scooting!

Ya I have the ninebot max and the top speed of that is only 20mph and goes up to 40 miles on a charge. So ya I agree in saying that version cannot go 27mph when it costs less and is built lighter and smaller than the max.

Dualtron ultra user here. Guess what, it's really the best one tbh. After slight modification, this piece of machine is a beast. Comfort, speed and distance. Changed throttle to wuxing index throttle, magura hydraulic breaks, reverse component handle bar and adapter. Best ride ever

Most of the scooters in the video are nowhere near $5000. Literally every scooter in the video either comes standard with a removable seat, or you can purchase a seat that attaches on. In some cases, the high end e-scooters are actually faster than many petrol scooters (V2 of the Dualtron Ultra can allegedly go 100 km/h, for instance). A big selling point of these scooters is that they *don't* use petrol and are thus more eco-friendly. And as for range anxiety, these scooters on the higher end can go for 50+ miles on one charge, which should be plenty if you're just trying to get around a city. Obviously no scooter, petrol or electric, is made for long road trips. So yeah...why not just buy a petrol scooter? ....all those reasons

If you're thinking of going for any of the chinese scooters, go for the laotie 30ti or similar (Boyuda, fieabor etc) they're all great for the money, though the laotie has an absolutely massive battery wirh 21700 cells and is usually as cheap/cheaper than the others with the exact same design.

correcting the mistake at the start of the video with the es4 as an owner of one the stated top speed is 18.6 mph however i can hit 32 kph on it and with great performance the only downside is the lack of front suspension or if you are looking for something very fast rather than a good commuter with a little kick in it
