Step by step recipe how to make Pandan Glutinous Rice Cake.
Ingredients 材料:
▶️ Glutinous Rice Layer 糯米层
glutinous rice 糯米 300g
coconut milk 椰浆 100ml
water 清水 100ml
salt 盐 1 tsp
Pandan leaves 班兰叶 2 pcs
Steam 25 minutes over high heat.
大火蒸二十五分钟。
▶️ Pandan Layer 班兰层
eggs 鸡蛋 3 pcs
sugar 糖 120g
wheat flour 面粉 40g
corn flour 玉米粉 30g
coconut milk 椰浆 200ml
water 清水 120ml
Pandan leaves 班兰叶 4 pcs
salt 盐 1/4 tsp
Remark:
Blend 4pcs Pandan leaves and 120ml water with blender. Strain for Pandan juice.
用搅拌器将4片班兰叶和120毫升水混合。过滤取班兰汁。
混合以上材料。
Combine well all the ingredients above.
Cook 5 minutes until thick over medium heat.
中火煮五分钟至浓稠。
Pour on the glutinous rice layer.
倒在糯米层上。
Steam 30 minutes over low heat.
小火蒸三十分钟。
