Next to that, do you really have a delusion you understand the characters and more importantly the world and the themes? Rather than forcing them into your own little view how things would be, love the characters as they are and as their story is. The very notion of "it will end, once and for all" show the immense lack of understanding you have on either of these characters or the franchise as a whole. But hey, I can shove it, and I'm shoving it in your face.

tom smits I took it as he didn't know what was going on at first, and then he struggled with saying goodbye. It's kinda the same problem that happened during the coup d'etat. He struggled to stain his hands with blood.

Altered Fable is not a sequel. AF is a name for a package that contained Alternative's sequel, Before the Shimmering Time Ends. It is a direct, "real" sequel to the ending of Alternative. Then again, if you're so keen on sticking to the guns and see what Altverse looks like post 2001, go check the end of Alternative's comic.
