Amazing recipe. In the beginning, make the curd marinade first and then put the chicken in and mix it all over for marination. Will be easier to mix the whole thing.

Tiny but golden piece of advice I found on this video "Use Less Tomatoes otherwise curry will become too sour" 🥰👌Also you didn't use Coconut like the West Coast Konkani-Goan type of cooking, hence your recipe was exactly the right one for me as we don't use coconut but plenty of Dalchini.

Mam maine aj first time KZbin se dekhkar chicken banaya Waise to maa ya biwi banati hai, lekin aj gharpar koi tha nhi aur restaurant band hai to khud he banaya, apne jaisa jaisa bola maine waise he kiya aur kafi tasty bhi bana lekin jab tamatar dene ke bad ap bolte ho ki high flame me dhakkar 5 minute pakay, tab waha thoda sa neeche jal gya. Use a gas stove instead of a kerosene stove it will happen in 30 mins. I tried. Even Chicken should be tender less than 45 days old.
