The oil is not 2-3 Tbsp. It looks like 3/4 cup oil which is excessive and fattening. Much less is better. Looks good, Ranveer. An excellent recipe, rich and exotic. I like to cook it for 1 hr in pressure cooker, then leave it on warm so that the flavor in the bones leaches out into the curry. Usually when I make chicken broth, I cook for 2.5 hrs at max pressure then leave it all night on warm. The broth becomes so tasty and the bones are so soft you can give them to your dog.
