Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
Biryani Masala- 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp
Water- 1/4 Cup
For Making Biryani,
Oil- 2 tbsp
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf- 1
Black Cardamom- 1
Green Cardamom- 2
Cinnamon- 1
Cloves- 3
Star Anise- 1
Mace- 1
Onion- 2(chopped)
Salt to Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tbsp
Tomato- 1(chopped)
Mint Leaves- 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves- 1/4 Cup
Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
Biryani Masala- 1 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder- a Pinch
Curd- 2 tbsp
Cooked Mutton
Water- 1 1/2 Cup
Soaked Rice- 1 Cup

Hi I love your receipe..it's easy to do just a quick question..if I'm taking 2 cups of rice then Should add 2 cups of water + mutton broth ? Coz we are adding only 1/4 cup of water in mutton so to add of the broth I should go for 2.5 cup?
