I really enjoyed this video ( i have loved them all so far) but what I really found so awesome about this particular video is the amount of repetition in the movements. that really allowed me to be able to master the moves and have a tonne of fun and feel sexy and beautiful in my body and the way it moves - which fits so well with your intention for this video - to love ourselves and how we look. For me personally, when the movements change so quickly i can sometimes end up a little flustered and wish i had more time with each movement to understand it in my body. So this was extra awesome.
