I bring my friends here for a workout whooping. But.. I dont tell them what it is... I tell them it's only 15 minutes... lol and then I am like it's not that hard just little dance moves. And then they think oh this won't be that hard. And then about 5 minutes in... bahahaha... we have so much fun though and now everytime my friends have a new friend who don't know how its a good video we have a good laugh.
