@@arcsoulphantom2678 11-19 is basically a training stage that introduce The Steam Knight, you need to leak him but he won't take any hp seals. Also, pretty sure that the only difference of this theme and the other one is only the opening part. Other than that, it's just the same ig

11-19 is basically a cutscene stage showing what happens in lore, while 11-20 is the boss stage distinct from lore

The fact that it's one out of (previously) many, and it already serves as a boss, is a subtle way of the story telling us that Rhodes Island can handle only so much and are stepping on the world stage that is way out of their league.

Makes sense, most terrans are supernatural compared to humans in strength and speed similarly to Astartes. A single steam night might as well be like a Dreadnaught since it can handle entire squads of them on its own. But instead of. "In the name of the emperor I cast you down!" Its more, "In the name of Victoria, YA FOKIN WOT MATE!!!???"
