Tomato (टमाटर), Quartered - 2.5kg
Onion (प्याज), Diced - ½ pc
Ginger (अदरक), Diced - 2 small knobs
Garlic (लहसुन) - 10 cloves
Dry Red Chilli (सुखी लाल मिर्च) - 7-8pc
Clove (लौंग) - 4 pc
Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च) - 5 gm
Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज ) - ½ tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका) - ½ cup
Salt (नमक) - 13gm
Sugar (चीनी) - 150gm
