Before this i decided to make ginger & garlic paste and i am quite lazy to do it But watching your i got motivated and have a confidence that it didn't smell and my mom may be not scolded me bcz last time when i made this paste whole fridge keep smelling and mom scolded me so much😂😂😂

I M TOTALY KNOCKED OUT WITH THIS PREPARATION OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE.. COUDNT AGREE MORE WITH THE FACT THAT MARKET BASED GG PASTE HAS A STRONG SMELL.. BUT NOW I M SO HAPPY TO FOUND THE PERFECT GG PASTE RECIPE THAT TO WITHOUT ANY PRESERVATIVES.. THANK YOU CHEF.

Chef maine jo garlic n ginger paste bnaya tha usme oil add nahi kiya tha... 250gm ginger ko peel n rough chopped karke grind karte hue 1tbsp white salt dala tha woh b fine ginger paste bnaa tha... Same aise he garlic ka bnaya tha.... Ginger garlic paste bnane mein ginger: २ garlic ratio he liya th... But next time aapke method se try karungi
