Hi, Mr. Choudhury I am meditating last 5 years I have seen lot's of thing which I cant explain.but whenever i went to the pic of my meditation, a heavy energy raised in my brain and pinpoint pressure between two eyebrows(it's like driling sensation. that time i had to stop my meditation i don't know what will be happened.I developed power like telepathy, mind reading but this is not my destiny.Can you tell me how do i control my energy when it's untolerable. thank you

Hi I always think about Shiva and Vishnu and I know both are same like water and air(how water get converted into air , because of sun heat and how that air becomes water by doing the drama of cloud and rain). But I always feel Vishnu and Shakti are same and further I think Vishnu is the feminine part of the universe and Shakti or Parvati might be the Avatar of vishnu. What do you think about it sir? Ofcourse I admit every where I see duality but i experienced nonduality within.

Vishnu is the life keeper and way of being in the World and exists in the Nabhi, Heart and throat Centers....In fact the heart Anahata is called the Vishnu Granthi but it actually covers the whole region of living in the World from Muladhara animal self (Matsya and Hayagriva) to Manipura which is the willpower of Parashurama to the heart which is Govinda to the throat which is Krishan and the Gopis and also Dattatreya and Kalki....Vshnu sleeps on the infinite water cushioned onthe serpent Kundalini and his consort is Maha Lakshmi, she who controls the Mantra Shreem. Which is all about the heart and how to live in the World.

Sir, I liked ur explanation.I m a biginner in Shakti Sadhna. I m a fan of Lord Shiva . But kindly can u please tell me , I m little bit confused. In Puranas , Lord Shiva is portrayed as a being who have explored every aspect of life.He is the Yogeswara , Bairagi yet he has a family like a human. He has a body too. Yogis tell that he has no form but In Vedas n Puranas we have read him wearing tiger skin , holding Dambru..Then What is his reality ?? Does even now he live in Kailash ?? And then what is Kailash ? A mountain or a different Realm ..what kind of body lord Shiva has (ours has 5 element )...PLZZ PLZZ PLZZ.. I DO HATH YOG & I HAVE MY GURU , but he tells me not to search answer for these questions ..rather advises me to do the sadhana.
