Sat Nam Guru Rattan, I have purchased most of your books and read most of them, however practicing these teachings are always hard to do, when there isn't enough time for me to do it. Even within 3 minutes, i have a hard time concentrating. All the more reason for me to keep doing them. Sat Nam!!!!

+Sam Green These are the teachings coming from the Kundalini Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan. These were one of the first meditations he taught when he came to the US in 1969. The chanting doesn't need to be exactly on point or pronounced correctly because there will always be an experience within the chanting of any mantra. The sound patterns will always have an affect of the patterns of the brain, so it really doesn't matter. The intent is to experience one's own divinity by yoking the finite to the infinite self. This meditation and mantra is one of many to be experienced with in the Kundalini Yoga Community.

Lalitamohan Matuszewski These are the teachings of Yogi Bhajan that came from India to the US in 1969. He strongly believed that everyone should initiate themselves, and not needing the help of a Guru. He believed that once a person is initiated it robs the initiatee of their humanity, when that student could initiate themselves.

It still frightens me how much I lack to understand about Kundalini. I feel like having a serpent is kinda a bad omen. .3. Or is it always there? What makes it devilish in some belief systems and godly in others?

You are entitled to your opinion. We do not share it. Guru Rattana's lineage is through Yogi Bhajan, who taught the principle of self-initiation.

Before to use name of Laya Yoga, you have to take initiation and start to parctice Laya Yoga. You have nothing to do with Laya Yoga and use of this name make confusion for many people... That is pity... -:(
