Day 2 of 10! Doing the arm movements at my own pace while achieving pace and endurance. The breathing exercise at the end is more demanding! yesterday my brother called me to invite me to the city where he lives with all expenses paid for a week! Today I saw blockages in my abundance given by vows of poverty and humility that I have since I was a child when I was very devoted to the Catholic Church. Thank you so much Andrew! Namaste!

This is a beautiful realization Oscar! I remember a few years ago, I was doing this 21 day meditation series on abundance with Deepak Chopra. In that series he defined abundance as "having all your needs met, easily". This really helped shift something for me. Abundance doesn't mean fancy hotels, cars and other luxurious things. It means that the Universe is loving and taking care of us and we are able to feel and appreciate it

Brother, thanks for getting back to me. I have a question regarding this kriya that I can find anywhere. So it says to do either 3 min or 11 min. My question is, can I build up to the 11 min? For example, start doing it for 4 min each, then after a while 5 min, etc, until I reach 11min?

@@thehungryspouse8038 Hey brother! Sorry, we don't get notified of replies on comments in the same way that we get notified of new comments. That's why this question was missed. Yes, you defintely want to build up! It doesn't mean to just go from 3 directly to 11. That could be unsafe. Add 1min at a time. You may need to repeat a certain level a few times for it to feel comfortable before increasing again. Always take your time as you build up the practice. It's not a race! And it's much more important that you remain comfortable and present the whole time, than it it to reach some suggested time and hurt yourself or tax your mind to a point where you're unfocused. The recommended times are generally what will be good numbers as daily practice, or what are the max a min or a practice. If you're ever in doubt, ask your body, "is this okay? or is it too much for me currently?" 🙏

I really enjoyed this kundalini practice. I am feeling so much lighter now, there is a smile on my face, and I can feel the energy vibrating throughout my arms. I have a quick question. What would you recommend for people who can't whistle?
@RefeelYoga2 жыл бұрын
I'm so happy to hear it Gabrellio! 😁 As for the whistling, it's okay if you can't produce sound. While the sound does help to create more vibrations, just breathing through the mouth with the tongue pressed against the teeth still has a powerful energizing and cooling effect.

Hi, sorry I have another question can I set the intention to be with a specific person and manifest it? Thank you
@RefeelYoga9 ай бұрын
I would be careful about setting intentions regarding other people. Remember, the only person you have even the slightest chance of changing in this life is you - and even that is extremely difficult. Trying to change someone else is impossible! However, often when you change your Self, you will automatically create a ripple effect on the Universe around you. So focus on YOU first! The rest will fall into place 🙏💞

Hi Andrew, sorry i wanted to ask you is it okay to start with 11 days? cause my kundalini teacher advised me to go slowly cause this kria its good to pushes prosperity but it also pushes blockages! Do you advise to start with 11, 40 days or?
@RefeelYoga10 ай бұрын
11 is fine! I've never really prescribed with the strict 40 day sadhana. At least not for something that is new. Once you are familiar with a technique or sequence, and really feel that it is right to go deeper, then I would consider such a long term commitment. But to start, 10-14 days is more than enough!
