I totally get! We get so many compliments here on KZbin, greater than 99% are positive. But those odd ones that are just mean for the sake of being mean, they still hurt. You're right that it may be silly to be bothered by it, but we are human and emotions are a valid part of our experience. Regardless, I'm glad that this class helped you to feel better! Ok so after doing the life nerve stretch, I’ve been very sore for the passed week. Any time I try to stretch my legs I feel this pain I didn’t before. Did I over do this? Does anyone know if it’s normal?

When we practice is important that we do it gently, with awareness. It can be that you over stimulate your muscles, take it easy for few days and next time try to be more aware about your body and observe what happens. 🙏

In my very first class with you and Clelia, I had a revelation that Kundalini yoga truly resonated with me. At first, I misheard and thought you said ‘Eagle Eradicator!’ which I found way cool. Beautiful activation of the nervous system Bro Andrew! The music meditation was great….but just wanted to know if this music meditation can be done in Shavasans as well? As you always stress on not missing shavasans after every nervous activity. 🙏🏻👌🏻😇✨

Hello brother! Thank you! I'm glad to know you have enjoyed this class 🥰 With regards to the music meditation, certainly you can do it laying down. No problem with that at all. And yes, Savasana is super important and you should never skip it! *....however.... if you are at the point in your practice where you are comfortable sitting in meditation for 10+minutes, then you can choose to do only meditation as your relaxation practice. When I finish a practice and sit in meditation for 20-30min, usually I have settled the energy enough that Savasana is not really needed. But this will really depend on your discretion, the intensity of the practice and how you feel in your energy body. Always do something to relax (either Savasana or Meditation)! And if in doubt, do both 😉 I hope it's clear 🙏

I appreciate And perhaps you can build upon it - the snippets of asanas that the video covers upfront Because I practice in a very small space (no choice) And knowing what asanas, what props I need (upfront) helps in a practical way And yes, enjoyed this video, been looking for breath and guided meditation videos And so this was GOOD and very WELCOME 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for this simple but very effective practice, I really needed this one today. It highlighted how much tension gets stored in the hips, and that I need to work more on this. But during the resting phase I really felt my body and mind melt into relaxation with that lovely music and was left feeling so much better than before the class.
