I am feeling the negativity subsiding. I am getting over a trauma and shock of a 39 yr marriage infidelity issue. It's very hard, so practice that embodies relief from emotional imbalance is good for me. Sat nam. Truth and identity. The new me. I'm all smiles!!! So wonderful--I carry so much stress and tension in my shoulders and I could just feel it melting away, but the most significant one was the cheek mudra. I haven't stopped smiling. It did make me so happy!!!

This was awesome! During the first mudra, I had some past experiences come up, ones that I had negative emotions toward. The longer I held the mudra and into the next one, I felt the negativity dissolving. Thank you so much! This is one I will definitely come back to. Sat Nam!

Thank you as always for your videos! It would be really helpful when the mudra is a complicated, that you could show the positions zoomed-in on your hands from all directions and maybe pause it for a minute or so. I am certain that I did not have the fingers in the right place. Perhaps you can add to This video in response the names of the mudras so we can look it up And/or post illustrations. I could feel the power of this practice and would like to save it and refer back. Thanks again for your time
