day 11 done. The meditation was difficult for me I have asthma so I was doing inhale on the count of 4 exhale 4 counts. With what is going on in the world I find these exercises so helpful. Thank you, Sat Nam

Thank you for this series, Miraya! I am so grateful to you for sharing these videos. They have helped pull me out of an emotionally rough period. I am new to Kundalini and I can tell a lot is shifting inside me energetically. Since around Day 5 or so, I have been feeling dizzy frequently throughout the day. Could this be related to starting Kundalini? Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.

Hello Annie, feeling dizzy could be due to energy shifting. Make sure you take enough rest as we are doing very deep work here. Take care of yourself x
