How is künefe made and what materials are used? I explain the crispy homemade künefe recipe down to the smallest details in my video. You can sweeten your day by doing it the way I tell you. This delicious recipe is made by the hands of the master. Have a nice viewing :)
Materials;
200 grams of ground kadayif
100 grams of crushed künefe cheese
Half a glass of plain oil (you can also use dehydrated margarine)
1 teaspoon molasses
For sherbet;
1 glass of water
1 glass of sugar
few drops of lemon
For the above;
Powdered Pistachios
FABRICATION;
For the syrup, add 1 glass of water, 1 glass of sugar and a few drops of lemon to the pot and boil it for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
Let's take 3 tablespoons of plain oil into a 2 person künefe tray, add molasses on it and sprinkle half of the kadaif as in the video. Let's put the cheese, sprinkle the remaining kadayif on it and press it. Let's cook it carefully in the smallest and lowest part of the stove, and turn the six cooked künefe upside down with the help of a tray. While it is hot, let's pour the cold syrup on it and decorate it with pistachios.
