Thank you for explaining in detail, I never understood cooking the rice 70% or 80% for biryani... Pakistani cooking is based a lot on estimates and that confuses me. I appreciate you effort to explain the reasoning behind each process. May Allah bless you!

Pakistani cooking isn't based on estimates really...its just the method taught is by "eye" or by taste...its only when amazing people like brother Afzaal starts making these fab videos is that we start to look at quantities units measurements etc 😀
