Best puri i have ever made . Seriously soo soft , not oily and very eady to make . My hubby doesn't like puri but he loved ut too because they are not oily at all . You can make all puris in one time without frying and place them in freezer layers them with butter paper aur plastic sheet separately, whenever in need take out and fry
