I dedicated 20 years of my life to Kung Fu. I was lucky to train one on one with a Kung Fu Master. I achieved the level of Shifu 6th degree. Unfortunately my master is no longer with us and I now live 1500 km away from my old training buddies and have not trained in over 10 years. Kung Fu changed my life. When I began I had just got out of rehabilitation for alcohol addiction. I spent the next 20 years learning how to focus my energy and mind. I now work with recovering alcoholics and addicts and try to pass on what I have learned. I am very inspired to get back into training. I have already started training the techniques I was taught, but I feel I really need to get direction. I would love to train with you and already attend the free classes but I cant afford to pay for the more in depth training at this point. I have not, until I saw your videos, found a teacher that truly knows and teaches the real Shoulin Kung Fu. You are a true inspiration.

I couldn't win in the last week, but I'll persist and hope this one may be different. You asked us how this giveaway could improve us and our lives. Well, Kung Fu is my life and it'll always be until the end and I absolutely sure that this gift can improve me in many ways, making me happier, stronger and healthier. It would be really great if I could get this chance to train with you because I know you are a great teacher and could help me to be a better Kung Fu practitioner since only a good master can make good students, you're an example of Wu De and inspired me many times to keep practicing. Please give me the opportunity to study under you and your guidance. It's not well written but it's from the bottom of my heart.

I've been following your qi gong video and it has helped speed up my recovery. If i had access to your course i believe it will give me deeper and better understanding of the methods you teach and it will help me on my journey to becoming a shaolin warrior, i have a trip planned in august to go to the shaolin temple and with the help of your course i believe it would help prepare me for that. Many people need a mind release as well: For example when you intentionally try to make your punch faster and stronger it actually works against you and causes tension that pulls you backwards because of the over extension of the limb (although amateur and professional fighters know how to work with this by counteracting it with foot work and body movement). For speed, my Sifu told us to work on the speed you already have and pretend there is a magnet on your target and your hand is being pulled to that magnet , rather than throwing your hit out as hard and as fast as you can like hard styles usually do (almost like a baseball player throwing a baseball). These two things helped me out a lot. Once you can envision the way the dynamics are supposed to be in your head and loosen your mind and work on your breathing, your strikes will come out faster. This is just some of many ways. Many people think you need to just use your fists to strikem but then when you learn Qi Gong or condition your body you can strike with any part of your body, open palm, back hand , finger tips etc. It's amazing . I love martial arts. Thanks for sharing.
