Shifu Yan Xin, thank you for this upper body video. I loved having a moment to take in the view at the end. Do you have other videos specifically for arms and upper body? I would like to see a video that is in depth with arm and upper body stretches. I feel like your kungfu.life live sessions have lots of upper body but I can see you have many different warm-ups and exercises to choose from. maybe like a half hour arm and shoulder video? I will do my best to compile the movements and choose my favorites. I am glad I stumbled across this video. your catalogue is vast so I still have many videos to try. thanks for sharing your skills. Microwaved Soda , I quit smoking 5 yrs ago at 36 yrs old, keep up your good job of staying nicotine free 💪🏽stay strong

I'm also curious on how you guys quit. Even though I was on nicotine patch my urged is still strong. I currently smoke but not as much, about 6 or less cigarettes a day it just depends. I am also currently working out but need more willpower, frustrating. Frustrating because while on nicotine patch I was on the 21mg patches I still smoke but 1 or 2 per days sometime I don't need it. But once I get to the 14mg, as mentioned above my urged are still strong. I may have to go back to 21mg but it costly. Since I already have 14mg patches I don't want go 21mg just to kick the habits, then again I may. Sorry for the long info.

@@DSPNWtoCali First, I am motivated by Kung Fu. Whatever motivation, this is good. I also listen a lot to Roy Masters - you can find on youtube. Not just for smoking but helps in all kinds of ways. Once I made the decision to stop, I posted it here and then I could not escape my words. It is hard man. I don't want to make it sound easy. Sometimes in the beginning I sweated a lot for 2-3 days and was grumpy. Hope this helps in some small way.

Traps. Trapezius is the name of the muscle on top of your back near your neck. People call them "traps" for short. Not "trips".
