Thanks for showing this. Haven’t been able to use mine for 2months cause it wasn’t draining and it made a funny noise. Got tired of waiting on insurance and decided to open it up myself tonight. Turns out there was 2 pennies stuck in the drain hose by the pump. Now it drains perfectly again!

Wow i just want to say thank you so much. Found one of these on the sidewalk and brought it home. I watched a ton of videos but because of yours and yours only i was able to fix it. Omg it was so simple cause you gave really clear instructions!!! It was a baby sock stuck in the pump!!! Got it out and this thing is working brand new!!! Once again thank you so much

I have the small version of the Kuppet. The spinner spins just not as fast as when I first purchased it. Do you know what could be wrong?

No I don't. Unless I have a look at it. It could be the spin motor or the belt might be getting wet from a leak. (If it has one)...

Mine the water is overflowing into 5th he spinner somehow. It's like the drain plug isn't seated. I took out apart and put it back together but still doing it. Suggestions?

How much water are you filling it to? Are you going by the water marks on the inside on the washers tub?

@morfer31 not too much. I ended up taking apart the drain, making sure there wasn't a clog and reseating the drain plug about an hour ago and it's fixed. Can't say which part of that was the fix but glad it's working again. 😁

They sent me a replacement. Its the black 24 lb one. Got it yesterday and noticed it's used. However it will not hold water and the washer stalls everytime it agitates/spins.

I'm sorry you are dealing with that. Do you know where the leaking is coming from? Why would they send a used replacement?

@@morfer31 i have the drain off and when i fill it with water, it leaks out of the hose. And i have no idea why they would send me a replacement that was used & broken. I just bought the first one in January, got the replacement two days ago. And i contacted them and they automatically said they'll send me another one. Like I do not want to keep getting used and or broken washers. They're too expensive to be messing up within days or months.

That's not good. I can imagine how irritating that can be. I wouldn't be too happy about that. Did you get it on Amazon? I'd explain it to them. You shouldn't have to pay anymore money if they keep sending you broken machines. That's not your fault. If it is the drain hose itself you can replace it with a different hose. But it you mentioned it stalling while it spins. It does stall during the wash to change direction. Not sure if that's what you mean. From the sound of it. I'd just send it back and complain.

@@morfer31 yes I've talked to Amazon and they sent them a message after i was sent the replacement. & yes it stalls while it's trying to spin in the wash side. I only paid for the original, but that is $150 that shouldn't be wasted in a matter for 2 months lol. Idk I guess if this next replacement is messed up im going to open up a claim on them for my money back.

@@kellie5138 yes I agree with you. I'm sorry you're going through this with your machine. My mom had bought the same one I believe. That same machine was leaking also but it was brand new I did not want to touch it. We shouldn't have to because it's brand new. Nothing should be wrong with the machine. So we sent the machine back. I have the 26 lb machine I have had it since August. It hasn't given me any problems except that my wife's hair scrunchie got in the drain hose somehow. But other than that I haven't had any other issues and the Machine came in handy but I don't know why a smaller machine is giving people that problem. I hope you'll get it all squared away with and get a machine that isn't going to give you problems. Another thing you can do is ask for a full refund and for like 30 or 40 bucks more and get the bigger one that doesn't give you as much problems. Unless I just got lucky.

bueno, depende del límite de peso que tenga. no puedes excederlo. la máquina debería haber venido con un disco de plástico para que puedas usarlo para empujar la ropa hacia abajo solo para compactar un poco la ropa. eso debería darte el equilibrio que buscas. la ruleta es operada por un cinturón. Abría la parte trasera para ver si ese cinturón se salía o se rompía. si lo hizo, es posible que deba reemplazarlo. si no es así y no funciona en absoluto, es posible que deba reemplazar la máquina.

Mine too. Spinner side. I checked and found a pair of underwear had gotten trapped between the outer wall and the spin basket. I thought that would solve the problem, but no such luck. 😭😭😭
