there were clearly a lot of things he had to get off his chest. Like when he answered the first Question it seemed like he was still holding everything back, but then he just lets it flow and it was super interesting and amazing to see. Seeing all the people going completely mad at Kuroky calling him a 6k Player or whatever, he is for sure not in his prime anymore but he is nevertheless one of the biggest Legends of Dota and he clearly does not deserve to get treated the way he gets treated atm by many many people. We are here watching pro Dota to see the best of the best players compete against each other, and it really hurts me to see how some competitors get treated so disrespectfully. I will never understand why it is so difficult for people not to bash against each other.

I don't think it's a super personal thing. He's had some of the most incredible players to touch the game on his team, and without disrespecting the rest of the squad, Miracle- in particular seems like he's almost suffered the most in terms of career trajectory by staying with the team for so long. While he isn't playing with the team this season, Sumail is there as probably the next most prolific mechanically skilled and versatile mid/core players we've seen dominate in the game. The drafting and plays haven't been on point. It's sad, but sometimes you do things in your life longer than you should. I think this is the case for Kuro, as many others do. Beating secret in this state isn't the biggest victory. Seeing Nigma win doesn't really make me feel anything anymore. Most people feel like the time for the team has passed and a disband is likely overdue if it wasn't for the state of the pro-scene right now. I wonder how many teams would think twice about taking Miracle mid on their team, for instance a Liquid or Tundra. They bear risk and liability vs their current consistent results. The thing to talk about here is that they almost went Div II as some younger, or more motivated long time players have started really stepping up in the past couple 3 years since covid shook up the scene and made people reevaluate some things. I don't wish for them to fail and be overtaken, but I think it's clear by things Kuro says here that everything could easily go south and start to dissolve the org and he remains hopeful. I don't think dota is the type of game where chance ever comes into play. It's not about 50/50's, people fight for every advantage, pull out the ballsiest plays when they need to at TI, etc. I think Kuro has lost some fire. Where's the Navi mouse held up to screen and pantomiming a throat slice Kuro? The playerbase always adapts to the best strategies, I hope they're playing pubs to stay sharp.

People criticize Kuro so much after DreamLeague exit, its hurt me to read those comments so I decide to watch this interview again. Its always reminds me again and again that Kuro look at the game differently. Even if they lose, they still feeling grateful because their life is good and there is so much more in life. I love this mindset that they just enjoy playing together as a team, even if its going to be tough ride, they stick together. ❤

Staying in div 1 is something. When we thought about it, these guys have played with each other for such a long year, and still being relevant to the game is accomplishment my itself. Even Notail fail to qualify into D2 with his old stack + NoOne, nobody expect that.

Wow. This interview really shed many lights for us fans. So Kuro basically has his motivation plummeted long time ago, even before Ti7 to some extent. His commitment definitely lessen when he keeps talking about life having many greater things and he is already so grateful for what he’s got from dota. All of these may sound like excuses to haters but if they are real it most certainly bring his and his team’s level down because he is the Captain. Their royalty is just as we know too, they seem to be together for the long haul

I feel him. First time I played dota. It was at a lan and I played clinkz first hero and dragon knight second hero. The guy hosting the lan asked how long have I been playing dota and he couldn't believe it. So I started practicing for 12-14hours a day and I got really good. But the better you get the bigger your ego get. I played a game back then I was a mid player now I am pos 5. We lost I did really well but I blamed my team. Then I thought it through, if I trust my team mates we would've won easily but I thought back then It's a me game rather than a team game after that I actually started playing for fun. Had my friends play carry and mid and I went to pos 5 because back then In South Africa you didn't get good pos 5. We really did well. I still play now and again but I do have work. Sadly in EU/NA/China and Sea you can make a living off gaming we cannot. Btw Kuro I still believe in you. I am not your biggest fan cause of (Meetyourmaker ero)but I do want the king to do good. Gl with next dpc. PS: Fkers still instant ban clinkz cause I am a killer clinkz and I did the clinkz deso in dota 1 already 1 deso hit then fire arrow as it stacked :D few people knew how to play clinkz deso in dota 1
