05:30 「引っ張られた時の足の使い方は？」この質問が出るのは鋭いなあと感じた。普通は意識した運足ばかりだけど、崩された時の足の使い方なんて普通の武道ではやらないよね。受身とも違うし。

I have to say, the similarities between Shorinji Kenpo and Aikijujustu are uncanny. For example, due to having proficiency in Aikido and learning Aikikujutsu, I would call the lock the sensei is illustrating a "nikajo." Even being at a 45-degree angle to shift the body away from harm and counterattack is a principle I was taught when learning aikido.
