Well, you may already know. But the reason episode 15 to the whole season 2 aren't real, is because the anime was ahead of the manga. I believe there were a lot of lovers of the anime that wanted more. So to give them more, guess they just did their own thing.... I dunno...I personally really like Alois and I don't know how to feel about Ciel being a demon, really.... His eyes as a demon are pretty tho....

Making him a not very likable character, but then they gave him a sob story background and everyone felt bad for him. Giving him fans. Then you get the people, like you, who liked him to begin with. Which only makes them like him more when they introduced his sad and horrific background/childhood.
