Kurow to Aviamoreup the Waitaki Valley

A wonderful ride up the valley, hot ,dry, as it should be. Stop at Kurow for a coffee, an amazing lady runs the cafe. Excellent coffee., Jovie is always so pleasant. Nuf said.

Having ridden this route many times it is from Kurow to Otematata on the shores of Lake Aviemore and the lake offers great sailing.

Oh yes have known her for years,,,, was hot enough for togs. 26 C in Omarama for a coffee and 35 C an hour later. sweltering. hope you had a good fly at kite day.
