I forgot to mention that Ukraine will have a significant number of F16s flying by 2025!

The political will to achieve at least 1 of the goals set out by Putin for his SMO will see Russia over-extend in Pokrovsk, it will see Ukraine retain Kursk gains, and it will even lead to some reversals on some of the other Russian axis' that have gained ground in 2024. Gerasmiov needs Pokrovsk for his window insurance..
@johnm72672 ай бұрын
You are speculating without any evidence. You might like to think what you are proposing will happen but speculation is not fact so is rather pointless. Hitler and Napoleon with much larger armies tried to take Kursk and didn’t succeed so I can’t see how 20,000 Ukraine troops will.
@jaredstaniland91172 ай бұрын
@@johnm7267 The definition of speculate is to "form a theory or conjecture about a subject without firm evidence" .. but i do like your speculation of what will happen in Kursk based on 'Hitler and Napoleon {insert kremlin narrative here} ".. lol...

Well, I heard Gerasimov was fired though.. but I guess he really needs that window insurance..🤔

Some "pro Finnish separatists" might come up with the idea of proclaiming an "East Karelian People's Republic". The chances would be good at the moment.

Finland's in nato now so this would bring China into the war..plus it going to be winter there soon -40 °c isn't fun for warfare.

Std defense tactics would be to defend hard, put your COG against attacking COG. But interesting thought about campaign design to not stop attacking in donbass. Best case is that RUS chicken out and end up doing both things half-assed. Not unlikely if the great tactian Putler interferes due to bad PR

that is why the Russians in 2024 had to buy millions of poor quality artillery ammo from North Korea, yah the Russians can produce 3 million arty rounds of all sorts but its using them up rapidly and poorly being used. and the Russians are also buying Nodong scud missles from North Korea, its also low in surface to surface missiles.

so real game begins when NK stockpiles have run out and it is pure west production vs east production... by 2025 ukrainian stockpiles from warehouses in west have run out too, so it is closing day only new production is what they have in frontline. Although FAB bombs are big danger and russia have huge stockpiles from soviet times.... dropping their fighter jets will make harder to use those, otherwise they dont run out any time soon.
@johnwalsh48572 ай бұрын
@@effexon I dont think the NK will sell everything to the Russians or they have nothing to deter the ROK. and western arty production will come in line starting 2025 outproducing hte Russians. Not surprised if the Russians start using North korean tanks hahahah heck they are already using North Korean SCUDs....oh the humiliation
@johnwalsh48572 ай бұрын
@@effexon problem with the FABs they are not accurate, and only good vs. stationary targets but they really suck vs., fast moving mobile targets. and yes they can be devastating when they score a direct hit. and as for the old Soviet stock Ive heard a number of FABs are duds. that is what happens when yo ustart using 40 year old bombs with poor maintenance.

That statement is a bit premature. I will put my money on Russia. The fact that you have made this prediction so early shows how little you know. Because Ukraine has gone into Russia it has allowed Russia troops to push further into Western Ukraine.
