I watched all the videos and I found that Bulgarian people are so friendly, kind and helpful. The common problem is all about communication becsuse majority people don't understand the english language. Hats up to all the Bulgarian people.

3:00 Yogurt that has good fermentation and is rich in probiotics is a blessing. They're not very palatable like a fake "yoghurt" out there that just gives you sugar and nothing else. You cannot store yogurt with added sugars because they will ferment even more and the gases produced will create a pressure that will likely burst the seal on the product, so you must add the flavors at the time of eating. A lot of people don't add anything and it's unpleasant for people who aren't used to the taste, but nothing a honey or a little sugar won't fix it.

Man, the yoghurt you ate at the beginning of the video is very different from the yoghurt you are used to. In Bulgaria, we call it sour milk (literally translated) and the taste is sour of course. And don't feel obliged to like it. We, Bulgarians, like it, but I suppose it tastes strange to foreigners. And please do not listen to taxi drivers in Bulgaria - they think they know everything and they are basically just haters. :) Many of them are scammers. Your taxi driver in Sofia was very self-confident, but he could barely speak English. Besides that, Bulgaria is a very beautiful country, we have beautiful countryside and mountains. There are many nice and well educated young people as well, but not many of them are at the place you have visited.
