Great video, thanks for Sharing. Is this near The Cruise port?

Jason the weekly market is about 10-15 minutes walk from the harbour. The market is open on Tuesday and Friday for Fresh Fruit and Vegetables and every Wednesday it's a general market with clothes, shoes, gifts etc.

Is euro generally accepted or should I bring turkish lira arriving next week
@KusadasiLife6 ай бұрын
Don't change your Euro to Lira in your own country. You will get a much better rate in Turkey when you change your Euro to Lira. Always pay in Lira. Businesses will accept any currency however they will not give a good rate and round it up in their favour. Change your currency into Lira when you get here and always pay in Lira. Have a wonderful holiday! 🙏😎

And if you exchange you get a better exchange rate at gold shop then the exchange shops.

Great video, I see prices showing euros and pounds as well as lira... which is best to bring to get the best bargains? I won't use my card. Cash only! Thanks!😊

Rachel, it is best to use TL and not foreign currency as you will get a bad rate at the shops. I would just exchange a small amount in your country or at the airport for your immediate needs. It is best to exchange in town when you get here as the rate will be much better. ALL money exchange offices in town offer exactly the same rate however if you go to the exchange office near Starbucks on the seafront and ask for your special Kusadasi Life Subscriber rate you will get a much better rate! Have fun in Kusadasi! 😀

I thought Turkish had changed when it came to shopping but they are still the same very pushy to sell if you don't agree with price and walk away they get angry and use abusive language, so I suggest only go to the shop if have patience to haggle otherwise pay the price they ask, against if you pay the price they ask then they think you are stupid to pay that high price for fake things
