INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breast
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp unsalted butter (or margarine)
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar

Made this tonight. I used apple cider vinegar, almond flour, and used half the honey, and used sugar free bbq sauce. It was so delicious. My new favorite, and my hubby who does not like chicken, loved it.

I just made it and have the first bite in my mouth. Absolutely divine. I did double the recipe for the sauce though and it was a smart move. I didn’t have any white vinegar so I used balsamic vinegar and I think it added yet another layer of flavor. Well done!

Add the honey after it’s cooked, honey is TOXIC when heated past a certain temperature. If you don’t believe me look it up! I used to love honey bbq chicken!
