Does it yield low amounts of oxidation so it doesn’t go brown/off quickly? And does it keep the nutrients in the juice or does it lose some in the process ?

Hello Foreign Bone, this is a cold press juicer and spins at slow speeds so the oxidation process will not happen instantaneously. It will happen in about 2 days. And yes, it retains most of its nutrients. Thanks for watching :)

Correct yourself :) It's not a cold press. It is called a slow masticating juicer. Cold press is a whole different tech.

You're wrong. Juicers with auger's are considered cold press. Juicers with gears like Greenstar, Angel or Champion juicers that grind the fruit or vegetable are considered masticating juicers. Lookup the word masticating.
