Hai viewers,there is a recent change when doing the renewal. After selecting the ministry of interior,select the fourth option from down instead of third ... because recently one more option is added to that list.Remaining all is the same as in the video.

Thanks. I followed all the steps and made payment and was successful. I didn't get download option. When I tried again it is showing my previous request still under process, I cannot submit new request.

Hai Can you check again tomorrow because today all online applications have some problems even for taking sick leave also. Check the payment is deducted or not,if it's done,no need to submit new request. You can select the option 'complete and follow up request.'

Hai You can renew on the previous day of expiry or before that,no issues.. The fact is that you will get the validity date for 1 year only from the date of renewal.

@sabbanisurya4250 If you have done one application just complete the same one. you cannot take a new application and submit again. You need to continue the same and complete it.Just take the help of Google translate if you are not able to understand Arabic.
