Hi ..Me and My wife ( both are specialist doctors)have come to KUWAIT on WORK VISA last month... I got my CIVIL ID, but my wife's civil ID is getting delayed, her hospital says it may take another 20 to 25 days more ... We have a 4yr old daughter in INDIA , As my wife's CIVIL ID getting delayed , can I apply for VISIT VISA for my daughter and convert it to a dependent VISA once my wife gets her CIVIL ID in next 20 -25 days... Any idea on this..... Please reply

First of all welcome to Kuwait. Yes you can apply for your daughter Visit Visa but Visit Visa will not convert into the Dependent Visa. She need to go out from Kuwait then only you can apply for Dependent Visa for your daughter. It is better you should wait for your wife Civil ID. Even E-Civil ID will work for your wife.
