In that case you weren’t listening. All of this is utter nonsense and no way would you have been told this on either tour. Go and read a book. It’s all extremely well documented. An example- Everton never owned Anfield, they rented it, and once they gave up the lease they had no power to decide who played there.

I read that the 2 owners fell out because one wanted to sell ale and the other was tee total so we split, we kept anfield but we didnt have any kit so ironically we played in evertons spare strip which was blue and everton played in red for a couple of years until both teams decided to change colour of their kit colours and the mighty reds were born 😂 YNWA 97 ❤
